Add page borders :
From the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click the Border down arrow, and then select
From the Borders and Shading dialog box displayed, click the Page Border tab.
Do the changes by selecting the type of box (click Custom for than four sides), the line style, color, width and art that you like to use for the border.
If you want less than four sides, click the sides you want in the Preview area.
Click the Options button to set time distance the border is away either the edge of the page or the text.
